Frequently Asked Questions

I just placed an order.  When will it arrive?
Once you place an order, it usually takes 1 to 3 days to process before it is shipped out.  Once it is shipped, many factors can affect delivery time, some of which are beyond our control.  For standard shipping, most items take 2 – 4 weeks to reach your mailbox.  However, depending on your location, it can take up to 6 weeks.  If an item takes longer than 6 weeks, please contact us immediately!

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one?
We run things a little differently here at Foxy Mews.  To make sure that you can enjoy your products as soon as possible, we may ship your items separately which means you may receive one item before another.   So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! The reason we do this is to get you the best absolute deal from our suppliers.  You will not be charged extra delivery costs for this.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. In the event that these charges apply, they are the buyer’s responsibility

How do I contact you?
The best way to reach us is via email.  All emails are placed in a queue and one of our awesome staff will respond, usually within 24 hours.  Feel free to get a hold of us via our Contact Us page, or email us at support@foxymews.com

I placed an order but I didn’t receive a confirmation email…what’s going on?
Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If not, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

OOPS! I messed up my order info!  Can I change it?
If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we should be able to make changes. However, we can’t make any promises. Note: Most orders ship out within 48 hours so please be sure to contact as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order!

I don’t have a tracking number – when will I get it?
You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships! (free+ shipping items not included)

What is your refund/exchange policy?
Foxy Mews tries to keep things very simple.  If there’s something wrong with your order (wrong item received, faulty product, etc.), please contact us immediately, and include photos if possible.  We will work with you to resolve this either by issuing a replacement or refund.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

*I thought you shipped worldwide.  Why don’t I see my country listed?
We ship to most major cities worldwide (over 140 countries) and constantly adding more locations.  Sometimes, we purposely do not include certain countries because shipping to those locations are not cost effective.  However, if you are really keen to make a FOXY purchase and don’t find your country listed, please contact us and we can provide you with a quote if the option is available.
